Мы провели ночь в просторной комнате с красивым видом. Обедали на балконе поставив туда кресла и столик. Это было замечательно. Есть несколько моментов которые могли бы быть лучше: не все полотенца казались чистыми и были разного размера, был поврежден чайник и не было чашек, не было воды хотя обычно в отелях есть пара бутылок, не нашли пульт от кондиционера. Но это все мелочи, нам очень понравилось пребывание в отеле, интерьер и расположение. Вечером мы дошли до пляжа и увидели праздничный салют, видимо перед праздником Тэт.

We absolutely enjoyed our short stay in this very clean and comfortable hotel. The hotel is in walking distance from the city centre, which makes it pleasantly calm. However, the construction site next to the building is a source of noise. Still, we could rest at night without any disturbance. ||The hosts were very friendly and commited to make our stay as pleasant as possible, giving us valuable information about local prices and what to look out for, additional to the general recommendations what places to visit. I am a white European and my friend has a Vietnamese background and the hosts told us that they have specialised to cater to both European travellers and Asian couples. Which means that the hotel is not crowded and the other guests are mostly very quiet. To the hosts it seems to be very important to not let the guests be fooled by excessive prices. Even going so far that from time to time they argue with the cabdrivers, should they charge an extra fee despite the transfer being included in the hotel price. However, we haven’t experienced this ourselves, that is just something they told us. ||To us the family running this hotel seems very trustworthy and passionate about the work that they do.

The highlight of this hotel is the staff as they are amazing but the location is not so good. We were originally going to stay for 3 nights but left after 2 as there was not much happening in the area.

My friend & I are travelling Vietnam & needed a place to stay after our Halong cruise. Great little place. Walking distance to restaurants & the cable car. We are ladies travelling alone & we were well looked after. Would be ideal for backpackers too. Clean comfy bed, plenty of hot water & great hospitality. Would recommend & believe me I am fussy.

We spent a night in this family run hotel before our Halong Bay cruise. The hotel is comfortable and the hosts are very nice especially Tom who went out of his way to ensure we safely made our way to the harbrour. We weren't sure we would be able to find the location where our cruise was departing and Tom joined us in the taxi to help us find it once there. We are very greatful and recommend this hotel. Thanks again Tom for your kindness! :)

Really enjoyed the stay in this hotel, location is a walking distance from an attraction park and is relatively close to the port. The hotel is small but has a cozy touch to it and the owner is very friendly and helpful and speaks english well. They have good connections with high quality and cheap boat tours on Halong Bay.
